How delicate is your Garden Gift Jewelry?
Our Garden Gift Jewelry is much stronger than you might think. Although it looks like glass, it feels and acts like plastic. It is actually quite pliable and would bend before it would break. They are also very light, making them comfortable to wear and easy to ship.
What kind of metals are your earring findings made of?
All of our earring findings vary in composition. Most are made with surgical steel, silver or titanium. The gold color earrings are surgical steel and then "gold plated". Not all the earrings are made with the same findings. Read the description with each pair of earrings to see what that particular pair is made with.
What kind of material are your chokers made with?
Our Garden Gift Chokers are made with a nylon coated stainless steel which is very light and almost invisible. A very comfortable necklace to wear. In fact you will forget you are wearing it, it is so light.
Will the flowers in your jewelry fade?
Yes, over time all real flowers will fade. However you can preserve the color of your Garden Gift flowers by keeping them out of the direct sun light and storing them in a jewelry box when you are not wearing them. Certain colors will fade faster than others though. Yellows and greens tend to fade faster than blues, purples or reds. That said, once a flower fades it still looks beautiful, just a little different. I have some necklaces that are over six years old and they still look great!
What length are your necklaces?
All of the necklaces are 18 inches long and all of the chokers are 15 inches long. The length of the cord necklaces vary but will be listed in the description.
Are your chains real gold and silver?
Our chain necklaces are gold and silver plated.
How long does it take to make one of your pieces?
That is a hard question to answer because we never make one flower piece at a time. What we can tell you is that each and every piece is handled a minimum of 12 times. That translates in to a lot of TLC!
We are already selling wholesale to one very large gift shop and do not wish to expand our wholesale business. This way we feel we can keep our product line "original and unique". Not to mention, we like to have time to relax once in a while too!
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, if you are interested in purchasing a gift certificate, please send us a form submission requesting a gift certificate in the denomination of your choice and we will set that up for you. We can set it up so that your recipient can choose their gift and order it on line.
