Shipping Information

 

If you pay using a credit card we will process and ship your order within 24 hours (if received before 3:00 p.m.on any given business day). Orders received after 3:00 p.m. on Friday will be shipped on the following business day. In Canada you can expect to recieve your order in 2 to 9 days, Internationa and USA orders will take 7 - 12 days.  We ship Canada Post only at this time. Delivery dates outside Canada are approximations that do not include delays such as customs clearance. When the item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail. All transactions, (including shipping) are in Canadian Dollars.

 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses or Shipping Gifts

 

At this time we can only ship to one address per order. You must place separate online orders for each address you intend to ship to. You may however bill to one address and have the item shipped to a different address. If your order is a gift we can include a gift enclosure. Go to our "Contact Us" page after you have placed your order and send us an e-mail with these details. The second option is to send us your order by mail with a CAD money order or certified check. Sorry we do not accept personal checks.

 

International Shipping

 

There will be a $3.00 handling fee for International Orders (orders outside of North America) which will be added prior to shipping. Any duties or country tax charged are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
